These terms cover your purchase and use of DreamOS, a dream journaling and AI-assisted interpretation app made by The Unified Way, sold at dreamos.theunifiedway.com and via Gumroad. Buying or using DreamOS means you agree to them.

What you're buying

DreamOS is a web app for logging dreams, building a personal symbol dictionary, and receiving Jungian-informed AI interpretation, with milestone reports unlocking as you use it. Access is prepaid: you buy a pack of dream-session credits (Founder pack, Standard pack, or a Top-up pack), and each credit is spent once, at the start of a dream session. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your account (and its credits, dictionary, and dream history) is tied to an account token generated at purchase, not to a specific device, so it carries across your phone, laptop, or a reinstalled browser as long as you keep that token or your license key.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal license to use DreamOS for your own dream work. It does not permit you to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account, license key, or credits.
• Scrape, republish, or repackage the interpretations or milestone reports you receive as a product of your own.

Plain version: it's yours to use, not yours to resell or pass around.

How the interpretation works

When you submit a dream, the text is sent through our backend to Anthropic's Claude API to generate an interpretation. We don't write the interpretations ourselves, and we don't manually review your dream content as a matter of course. DreamOS is a reflective and exploratory tool, drawing on Jungian and depth-psychology frameworks — it is not psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health support. If you're in crisis or dealing with a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services rather than relying on the app.

Third-party tools

Anthropic (Claude), Cloudflare, and Gumroad are separate companies with their own terms. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, and we can't control changes they make to their models, pricing, or policies. DreamOS's AI features depend on these third-party services remaining available.

No promises about results

DreamOS is a self-reflection tool. We make no promises about personal insight, emotional outcomes, or any other result. What you get out of it depends on what you put into it.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our refund policy.

Founder pricing and offers

Prices, discounts, and limited-time offers (such as Founder pricing) can change or end at any time. The price you paid is never adjusted retroactively, in either direction — if you bought at the Founder price, you keep the credits you bought at that price regardless of later price changes.

Liability

DreamOS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product or this site is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by third-party services (including Anthropic's API, Cloudflare, or Gumroad) that are outside our control.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the change. The date at the top tells you when they were last updated.
